Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
At Aurelle Cosmetics, we want you to love your routine. However, because our products are personal care items (shampoos, serums, and creams), hygiene and safety are our top priorities.
1. Hygiene & Safety (Crucial) Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used products. Once a bottle or jar has been opened, it is yours to keep.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your package arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.
Action: Please take a photo of the damaged product/package and send it to us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
Resolution: We will send you a free replacement immediately.
3. "Change of Mind" Returns If you ordered a product but decided you no longer want it before opening it:
Condition: The product must be completely sealed in its original packaging.
Timeline: You must request the return within 7 days of delivery.
Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the sealed item back, we will refund the full product price (minus the original shipping fee).
4. Results & Expectations Our formulas (ChuteShield & AgeDefy) are based on natural ingredients like Hemp and Prickly Pear. While highly effective, individual results may vary based on skin/hair type and consistency of use. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference of scent or texture after use.
